Ive been incorporating smoothies into our everyday diets. Once or twice a day we make up a smoothie “treat”. Cash absolutely loves helping, and he loves the smoothies. I do too. This is seriously the easiest way to go about getting more fruits and veggies into you and your child’s diet.

1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Spinach
1 Cup Frozen Strawberry’s
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Flax seed
